Executive Furnishings concentrates value engineering efforts in the early stages of project design because early review affords greater savings and allows a change of direction, without affecting project delivery schedules. Emphasis is on obtaining maximum life cycle value for 'first-cost' dollars- the dollars budgeted for the project. If savings are identified, the project budget may be reduced, or the money may be reallocated, for features that would lend greater life cycle value to the installation.

We provide Computer Assisted Drawings to Design Firms and Facilities Managers. We take the specified office space and input everything into our computer to provide illuminating 2D and 3D drawings and visualizations of the design vision.
We provide full Factory authorized Warranty Service for all products that we sell. We only represent Manufacturers that will stand behind their warranties without objection. We service what we sell for the life of the product.
With our in-house Installation team, we can handle any size project, from one office to 200 workstations. We also provide extensive "off-hours" installation for many clients who do not wish to be "out of business" during a furniture delivery. Our long term planning schedules the manufacture and delivery to minimize warehouse storage costs in almost all situations.
